We are seeking dedicated clinicians for our outpatient location in Knoxville, TN, to serve as Primary Therapists in our substance abuse and co-occurring disorder treatment program.
*Responsibilities:*
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide integrated care for patients with dual diagnoses. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and family services. Maintain clinical records and collaborate with staff. Participate in ongoing training and development. *Qualifications:*
Master’s degree in a related field. Preferred clinical experience in substance abuse or mental health. Licensure or working toward licensure in relevant fields. Strong communication and organizational skills. *Salary:* $47,000 – $50,000 per year, with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a full-time schedule.
