The Surgical Technologist will work under the direction of the RN, assisting surgeons by providing instrumentation and supplies, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring patient safety. Responsibilities include preparing cases, anticipating physician needs, and collaborating with team members. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited surgical technology program, able to obtain certification within 18 months, and possess BLS certification. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for extended periods.
