The October RN Residency program is now accepting applications for its summer cohort at Shoreline, South, Kleberg, Beeville, and Alice facilities. This program is designed for recent nursing graduates or RNs with less than 6 months of experience, providing a supportive transition into hospital settings.

Key features include:

  • Mentorship from experienced nurses
  • Interactive virtual classes to enhance clinical knowledge
  • 24/7 access to development resources and performance tracking

    • Applicants must have a valid Texas RN license and BLS certification. The cohort starts in October 2024. Apply to be considered for various specialty units.
