Position: Clinic Director BCBA

Overview: Seeking a full-time Clinic Director BCBA to lead and enhance services for children with Autism. The role emphasizes individual team member support to ensure optimal care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Drive service quality and growth initiatives.
• Conduct initial assessments and manage daily operations.
• Create training programs for new hires and support staff development.
• Implement program curricula and maintain communication with treatment teams.
• Perform annual evaluations for staff and collaborate with administrative teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of BCBA experience, preferably with children ages 1-4.
• Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
