RN, Registered Nurse – 4N Neuro ICU

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for a 22-bed Neuro/Surgical ICU, focusing primarily on neuro patients. Responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The role involves administering medications, documenting patient care, and addressing the psychological and social needs of patients and families.

Core Competencies:

• Utilizes the nursing process effectively.
• Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
• Plans and evaluates nursing care during shifts.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and RN License required; ACLS within 6 months.

Work schedule varies; full-time position available.
