About The Role:

The Clinical Director (“Director”) plays a pivotal role within Community Reach Center’s success. The Director is responsible for the development, organization, administration, and oversight of clinical care and operations within the Division, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based best practices. The Director collaborates with community partners to develop and enhance services, while ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with fiscal and budgetary guidelines. Additionally, the Director will undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the ongoing success of the Division.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of the Director are to:

Ensure programs under Director leadership meet organizationally set KPIs
Develop and implement plans to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
Create program improvement plans when necessary to address areas of need.
Serve as a thought leader in behavioral health practices and program development.
Actively participate in both internal and external meetings to represent the organization.
Identify and cultivate community partnerships to develop strong referral sources.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal and external agency regulations, including but not limited to the Behavioral Health Administration, Centers for Medicare/Medicaid, HCPF, and CDHS.

Communication & Reporting: Communicate clearly and effectively, providing updates on progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Demonstrate transparency and consistency in communication to ensure alignment and understanding across all levels.
Continuous Improvement: Responsible for KPI of programs and staff within the division. Director performance will be based on overall division performance. Take initiative to assess and improve processes and workflows. Use your expertise to implement best practices, contribute innovative ideas, and drive the team’s efforts toward achieving operational excellence.
Professional Conduct: Serve as a role model for a collaborative, team-oriented approach across all organizational levels, consistently demonstrating compliance with agency policies, the employee handbook, and promoting positive communication. Evaluate and align daily operations with the agency’s mission of “enhancing the health of our community,” while upholding the strategic pillars of Consumers, Collaborators, Staff, and Fiscal Responsibility in all decision-making and actions.

Qualifications

A combination of education and experience equivalent to 12 years, with a focus on Psychology, Social Work, or a directly related field.
A master’s degree is required, along with licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a clinical supervisory or managerial role.

M-F 8-5

Pay Information:

Salary Range: $109,000-$130,000

Eligible for Bilingual Stipend ($250/month)
