* Location: Johnson city, NY
* Contract Type: Travel
* Shift: Nights
* Duration: 13 weeks
* Guaranteed Hours: 36 and 48 hours
* _Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2+ years of experience; BLS and ACLS (AHA certified)_; _NY State License; Tele experience required; No first time travelers; Trauma level I & II experience _

Weekly Gross $ 3,100.64

Weekly Taxable $ 1,763.64

Weekly Non- Taxable $ 1,337.00

Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $ 37.14

Hourly Non Tax $ 73.49

Overtime after 40 $ 70.50

*Requirements:*
* Resume (Minimum 2+ years’ experience)
* Skills checklist
* BLS, ACLS (AHA)
* x2 references (within last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
* Driver’s license

* NY State License
