> REF:#fd4fe1fc24a84f63 Our client is urgently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their expanding team in Phoenix, AZ, across Observation/PCU, Med/Surg-Oncology, and PCU sub-specialties (Neuro, Cardiac, and Cardiac Surgical Stepdown). They are known for their commitment to patient-centered care and excellence across cardiac care, women’s health, robotic surgery, orthopedics, and stroke care.

*Observation/PCU:*
* Fast-paced outpatient setting focused on diverse diagnoses, patient testing, and treatment to determine patient admission or discharge needs.
* Patient population includes cardiac drips, CHF, strokes, and post-cath care, primarily with geriatric patients.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably with Med/Surg Telemetry; recent acute care experience within the last year is required. Experience in Observation, PCU/Tele, or ED is preferred, with opportunities for cross-training to Med/Surg and limited ED exposure.

*Med/Surg-Oncology:*
* Dynamic unit focused on oncology and post-surgical care with opportunities for skill development and patient interaction in a supportive and collaborative environment.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required, preferably in an acute hospital setting; hands-on experience is preferred in oncology and post-surgical care settings.

*PCU Sub-Specialties (Neuro, Cardiac, Cardiac Surgical Stepdown):*
* Neuro and cardiac focus within a Level IV hospital with a dedicated stepdown unit for cardiac surgical patients, enabling specialized and comprehensive care.
* Experience: 1 year of RN experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is essential,

*Qualifications:*
* RN with 1+ year of experience in a relevant unit; recent acute care experience preferred.
* Active RN license, BLS certification required; ACLS certification needed within 6 months of hire.
* ADN or BSN degree required.
