This is a full-time, exempt position at Mission Home Health located in San Diego, CA

Compensation: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

This position is eligible for a $5k sign-on bonus!

The Clinical Manager effectively manages the clinical operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis.

Position Requirements:
– Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
– Two years of Home Health experience.
– Medicare home health experience required.
– Current RN licensure in the state of California.
– Have valid driver’s license with no restrictions and auto insurance meeting state’s insurance coverage minimums.
– BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of home health care experience.
– Preceptor experience preferred.
