As an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver vital care for patients requiring specialized observation and treatment, bridging the gap between standard care and ICU. *Responsibilities:*
* Provide care for patients needing close monitoring and frequent assessment.
* Administer complex medications and monitor IV therapies.
* Track and document vital signs, including cardiac monitoring, to detect any changes in condition.
* Assist with physician exams and procedures, ensuring patient stability.
* Record and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with established guidelines.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust equipment as needed for optimal patient care.
