Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• May vary depending on caseload

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home health physical therapy evaluations

• Perform initial assessments focusing on general weakness, stability, and post-surgery recovery

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Work with patients aged 18 and older

Requirements:

• California state PT license

• BLS certification
