South Shore Care Center is looking to hire Registered Nurses to become a part of our team! Various Shifts are available.

The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines
Supervising CNAs
Administering Medication
Wound treatment and care
Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility nursing policy and procedure
Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse

A valid and active RN license from the state of Minnesota
An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Experience in supervising and/or management
Familiarity with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse
Excellent communication skills
Strong Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth operations in their unit
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
