Be a part of a dynamic clinical team that provides collaborative therapy services for clients ages 2 to 14. We are searching for a fun, dynamic SLP full time, 3 days a week OR PRN to be a part of our team!

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing/feeding difficulties.
Write initial evaluations along with recommendations
Develop and implement effective treatment plans and goals
Provide 1:1 or small group speech therapy sessions utilizing current best practices, and research and evidence based techniques and approaches
Provide counseling to clients’ and clients’ families about results of evaluation and recommended treatment options.
Complete accurate documentation and reporting for all client visits, including daily SOAP notes, daily billing sheets, 6 month progress reports and yearly re-evaluations
Train/Coach RBTs, BCBAs, and other MonArk Clinical team members about communication carryover in the clinic setting
Collaborate with clinical team and communicate in a timely manner
Keep a weekly up to date therapy schedule
Be familiar with (or be willing to learn) Speech Generating Devices
Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.
Abide by ASHA’s code of ethics
Provide at least 25-30 hours of billable time per week

Speech Pathologist Qualifications / Skills:

Knowledge of Autism and related disorders
Familiarity with a variety of speech, language, and developmental disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of google platform a plus
Ability to comply with all regulatory standards
Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple facilities
Willingness to use a combination of child-led therapy techniques along with positive reinforcement systems and behavioral techniques
Strong time management skills
Proficient in using both standardized and informal language assessments
Be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team including ABA professionals, physical therapists, and occupational therapists
Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
Have physical capability for completing safety care training

Education and Experience Requirements:

Masters degree in speech language pathology or related field
1-3 years speech language pathology experience (CF’s are welcome to apply!)
Active state of Ohio SLP license
Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, or be in the process of starting your Clinical Fellowship year
CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
