Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts, split between two locations in the area

Responsibilities:

• Provide general occupational therapy care

• Conduct evals and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year

• Licenses/Certifications: Wyoming State License, BLS certification required
