Jamestown Family Dental Clinic (JFDC) is seeking passionate Dentists to join our growing practice. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Our full-time schedule is a desirable 4-day workweek from Tuesday to Friday.

*As a Dentist at JFDC, you will:*
* Provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population.
* Lead and mentor your dental hygiene team.
* Contribute to the clinic’s success through efficient operations and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Tribal dental providers to deliver culturally sensitive care.

*We are looking for a Dentist who:*
* Holds a DDS/DMD degree and a valid Washington State Dental License.
* Possesses at least 2 years of general dentistry experience or a completed general dentist residency.
* Demonstrates a passion for serving patients of all ages and backgrounds.
* Thrives in a collaborative team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Values cultural sensitivity and understands the importance of community-based care.
* Preference may be given to American Indian/Alaska Native candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $145,171.00 – $203,240.00 per year
