*Job Summary:*

_Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center_ is currently taking applications for a *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*. The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

*Essential Functions:*
* Supervises nursing care to residents
* Complies with state and Federal Regulations
* Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
* Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* _Required:_ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* _Required:_ Current licensure in the state of employment.
* Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
