Summary:
As a Homehealth LPN, you will provide patient care in the ambulatory care home setting according to established standards of care, in collaboration with Care Managers and Medical Providers as members of the primary care team.

Qualifications:

Other information:
Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited practical nursing program

Education:
* High School Diploma or GED

Credentials:
* Licensed Practical Nurse-NM

BLS Certification required at time of hire.
