*Ideal Candidate Requirements:*
* Current CRNA certification with NBCRNA and eligibility for licensure in South Dakota.
* A minimum of three years of clinical experience in anesthesia practice.
* A doctoral degree is preferred (candidates with a Master’s degree must be willing to obtain a doctorate within 2 years).
* Passion for mentorship, program development, and advancing the nurse anesthesia profession.
