> REF:#b5611d918d4ab8e6 Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a highly motivated RN or LPN committed to patient center care with strong customer service skills to fill a full-time Nurse position at our Pediatric & Adolescent Practitioners office located in Gahanna, OH. This is a full time position working M-Th 8-5 Fri 8-4p.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Escorting patients to exam rooms.
Recording patient medical, social and family history.
Measuring patient vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height).
Completing injections for patients.
Assisting with front office duties.
Assisting with educating patient on care-gap closures.
Provide medical triage via telephone to patients
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure
Basic knowledge of immunizations, medications, and medical terminology.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred.
Must have proficient computer skills
Ability to work with a variety of teams and offices
