Travel Nurse – Home Health

Our client is looking to bring in a Travel Home Health RN to help their growing practice in Arkansas.

Responsibilities:

– Provide direct patient care in accordance with the highest professional standards
– Assess and document patient conditions and reactions to treatments and medications
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
– Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices
– Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

– Valid nursing license in the state of practice
– Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
– BLS/CPR certification
– Strong knowledge of Home Health
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
– Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Pay: $2,200.00 – $2,600.00 per week
