Start Date: Immediately

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Schedule:

• 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday

• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct low vision evaluations for patients

• Engage with patients using templated questions related to low vision devices

• Provide therapy sessions lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour

Requirements:

• Licenses/Certifications: MO and KS state licenses required (Q6 modifier acceptable)

• Experience: At least 1 year, confident with low vision evaluations
