This person will work closely with families and the executive director to ensure we are providing the best and most complete care we are able to provide.
This position oversees all healthcare provided to residents and develops a plan of care with a collaborative team. Manages medications oversight, communication with health care providers, and health care needs for each resident. *Must have a valid Nursing license.*
This person must be familiar with completing assessments, service plans, and care plans. Being highly proficient in Federal, State, and Local regulations is a must for this position.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
