*As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will: *
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the outpatient setting.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function and quality of life.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and home care routines.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records.
* Provide support across various outpatient facilities as needed.

*Qualifications include: *
* Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
* Current CPR certification
* Strong understanding of evidence-based PT practices
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
