Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments (1-2 hour visits)

• Treat patients with weakness and unsteadiness

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience (1 year home health required)

• California State PT License

• CPR certification

• Recent TB test (within last 3 years)
