We ensure our LPN’s have the skills they need to be successful in caring for our clients through competency demonstration in our on-site simulation lab. We also offer client-specific skill enhancement opportunities in the home when indicated. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients.

*Requirements:*

● Current, valid state of NH LPN license in good standing

● Ability to obtain BLS certification.

● Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed) or chest x-ray.

● Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required.

● Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening.

● Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.

● Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, trach & vent care and patient documentation.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Administer basic life support and CPR as necessary.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
