Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the Neurology Clinic!

A typical day will include: intake of patient to gather a reason for the visit, medication reconciliation, verification of the patient’s medical /family/social history, and assessment of the patient utilizing required questionnaires. You will assist our providers with in-office procedures such as nerve block and trigger point injections. This position also provides education for patients and caregivers, providing triage via phone and patient portal, coordinates outgoing referrals/tests and medication refills as needed, and promotes preventative measures to optimize the patient’s outcome.

The position is: Full-time, days

Job Requirements:

Education: Associates or Bachelors
Skills: Patient care
License: RN
