Pediatric home care nurse

Job Description

> REF:#88d7e00eb1c87d2a We are looking for dedicated LPN’s and RN’s who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time, full time, and prn positions are avaliable in the Caledonia area. Shift time needed is 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

What you will do:

Provide daily basic cares
Administer medications
Trach care/suctioning
G-tube feeds
O2 administration
Documentation
Other duties as assigned.

What you need:

A valid LPN or RN license
Current CPR
Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
