*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehab Hospital in Salem, NH. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality nursing care while adhering to HIPAA regulations The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. UDS charting.

*Responsibilities*
– Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical histories.
– Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
– Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.

*Qualifications*
– Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NH.
– Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
