Responsible for consulting with health care workers about the particular nutritional needs of their patients, analyze food content of Nursing Home and Hospital menus, develop specialized diets and ensure that proper safety regulations are being addressed within Food Services department.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. Degree in Foods and Nutrition.
Successful completion of Dietetic Training Program with six months experience under a registered dietitian.
Eligible for registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Experienced and knowledgeable in clinical and administrative dietetics.
Effective writing and speaking skills.
