Full time 3PM-11:30PM with rotating weekends – varies.
*LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Responsibilities *
* Monitor and document physical and mental health needs
* Use withdrawal screening, interview and history taking to assess patient safety
* Create and update medication administration records, administration of medication
* Work with psychiatric providers to assess mental health symptoms and create treatment plans
* Assist in maintaining high quality, timely nursing documentation in patient charts
* Provide patient education focused on treatment of mental health and substance use disorders
* Keep medical supplies in stock and up to date
* Supervise chemical dependency technician staff
*LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Qualifications: *
* Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder is preferred
* Acknowledge understanding of Client Rights, per MN Rule 31, part 4747.1500.
* Must completed DHS background check and be cleared to work in human services programs.
* Acknowledge freedom from substance abuse problems and ability to comply with NSR drug free workplace policy.
* Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
* Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, detail oriented
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $29.97 – $30.94 per hour
