*Job Summary: *

The Behavior Analyst for Residential and Community Services will conduct behavioral observations and assessments in residential, educational, and community settings. This role involves designing intervention plans, providing staff training and supervision, and ensuring the effective implementation of behavioral programs and data collection. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee data monitoring, progress reporting, and the transition planning for individuals moving from residential to community settings.

*Key Responsibilities: *
* Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments to determine functions of behavior.
* Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address problem behaviors and encourage pro-social behaviors.
* Monitor and design data collection systems to assess treatment effectiveness.
* Create behavioral goals for residential and educational settings.
* Present data and progress reports at relevant meetings.
* Provide staff training on behavior intervention plans and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines.
* Conduct on-site observations, competency reviews, and treatment integrity checks.
* Participate in weekly classroom staff meetings and residential treatment team review (TTR) meetings.
* Provide clinical supervision for BCBA candidates following BACB guidelines.
* Review and ensure the appropriateness of goals and objectives in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
* Monitor restraint and seclusion data to determine the need for Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings.
* Provide on-call weekend support as part of the clinical rotation.
* Collaborate with clinicians on treatment planning and documentation.
* Oversee the supervision and training of Registered Behavioral Technicians.
* Assist in transition planning for individuals discharging from residential settings.
* Implement behavioral programming and training in Therapeutic Group Homes.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Services or program administrator.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in a related field.
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
* Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut.
* At least 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analytic programming.
* Experience supervising BCBA candidates is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 – $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
