Our Skilled Nursing Facility is offering a *FREE, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training *program that allows interested candidates the opportunity to train for a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) *while working as an Environmental Aide or any available non nursing position.* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
* Full-time job placement is guaranteed upon completion of the program.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist patients with various activities in our skilled nursing facility under the direction of a nurse. CNAs help residents with day-to-day activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, etc. You will also administer medications and maintain patient comfort and safety.

*Qualifications for CNA Trainee:*
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, visitors and co-workers
* Must be 18 years of age or older

*Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):*
* Changing linens
* Cleaning rooms
* Feeding
* Grooming
* Helping to move patients
* Dressing
* Giving bed baths
* Assisting with dental care
* Recording patient conditions

Pay: $13.75 – $14.00 per hour
