Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to therapy. As an Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents.
* Develop therapeutic goals in collaboration with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary team.
* Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance functional performance.
* Provide training and education to residents, families, and staff on therapeutic interventions and adaptive equipment.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and treatment plans.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
* Stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:
* Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Dedication to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
