The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and process to assigned patients. The incumbent provides direct patient care and works with others as a team member to achieve optimal patient care. This position has access to confidential information and direct patient care responsibilities. This position has the authority to make independent decisions in collaboration with the physician(s) within scope of practice and within guidelines of Standard Care Arrangement.

*Required Educational Degree:* Graduate of an Accredited Program

*Major/Area of Concentration:* Nurse Practitioning

*Required Educational Degree:* Masters Degree in Nursing

*Major/Area of Concentration:* Critical Care or Acute Care Program required

*Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:* NP – Nurse Practitioner, Accreditation through the Drug Administration Agency to prescribe drugs in accordance with established guidelines with Current Ohio License
