Are you a passionate nursing leader eager to enrich lives? Aurora on France Transitional Care Unit (TCU), a 5-star facility, is seeking a talented Registered Nurse with dynamic leadership skills to join our team as the Director of Nursing.
Location: Aurora on France TCU, Edina, MN
Type: Full-time, salaried
Compensation: $108K – $130K per year, based on experience

Aurora on France TCU is a 63-bed community in Edina, MN, specializing in short-term rehabilitation for adults of all ages. Connected to M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital, we are a dynamic, high-quality skilled nursing facility. Our dedicated team collaborates to help patients achieve their care goals and return home. As the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead a vibrant team, empower patients, and ensure quality care while operationalizing the department.
Responsibilities/Job Description:
Ensures the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents
Plans, develops and advises new and enhanced health care programs
Leads the operations of the nursing department
Provides ongoing leadership and oversite of the nursing department
Assists with hiring and training
Adheres to budget and supports a marketing plan sought at full occupancy
Supports relationships between nursing and medical staff
Qualifications:
Required:
Current MN RN licensure
Current CPR certification
One to three years of experience including experience in Transitional Care
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
Dedication to patient-centered care and a genuine passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree: BSN
Preference given to those with Certified Gerontological Nursing license.
Three to five years previous experience including: Transitional Care, LTC and supervisory experience, Medicare and MN Case Mix Reimbursement preferred.
