Occupational Therapist (OT) – Alaska
Job Description

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts for 4 or 5 days per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care environment
– Treat 8-10 patients daily, focusing on improving their functional abilities and independence
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
– Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
– Participate in weekend rotations (2-3 weekends per month, including Sundays)
Requirements:
– Active Alaska Occupational Therapy license
– NBCOT certification
– BLS certification
– Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care setting
– Flexibility to work weekends as scheduled
