*Job Description:*

This *Occupational Therapist II* (Advanced) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Acute Care and Acute Rehab settings. The Occupational Therapist provides services within Va Licensure, TJC and CMS guidelines for patient care and billing for services.

_**NOTE: The position at Virginia Baptist Hospital is a Sunday-Thursday schedule with one weekend off per month.*_

*Requirements:*

· Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited OT program.

· Required Licensure / Certifications: Current VA OT licensure. Basic Life Support certification.

· Required Experience: 2 or more years of Acute Care experience as a Licensed OT.
