_As a Pharmacist in this role, you will: _
* Provide exceptional service that fosters customer loyalty and engagement
* Support patient-friendly programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, helping patients enroll and stay on track with their care
* Ensure smooth daily workflow for prescriptions, patient consultations, and clinical services
* Build and maintain professional relationships with Long Term Care (LTC) facilities to meet the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living communities
* Identify potential business opportunities in LTC and Specialty Pharmacy, relaying insights to marketing teams
* Dispense medications and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services

_Qualifications for this Pharmacist position include: _
* *Pharmacy License:* Current or eligible with no federal sanctions
* *Education:* PharmD or MTM Certification with an ACPE-approved course completion certificate
* *Certifications:* Current Immunization and CPR certifications
* *NPI Number*
