Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated *Registered Nurses *to provide extraordinary care and services for our wonderful residents. The ideal candidate for our RN positions must be licensed in Kansas with a strong ability to work with a team and an in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry.
*Responsibilities for the RN:*
* Plans nursing care and coordinates changes in physician orders with resident care plans
* Observe, assess, and report changes in resident behavior/physical condition
* Offers input into the assessment of the residents and care planning
* Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise, and transports residents as needed
* Oversees the care provided by CNA/CMAs
* Supervises the passing of medications by CMAs
*Qualifications for the RN:*
* Valid Kansas license required
* Experience in adult care and services helpful
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with a team
* Previous supervisory experience is helpful
* Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
