The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN) to join our team. This full-time, Monday through Friday, day-shift position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 – $97,500, with an on-call rotation requirement. As an RN Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily nursing operations to ensure exceptional resident care.
Monitor and evaluate care standards, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with policies.
Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and medical needs.
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Uphold The Gardens at Gettysburg’s mission of excellence and respect in caring for residents.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: $95,000 – $97,500 annually
On-Call Rotation: Required
