Impact Health Psych PC has openings for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide consultation and evaluations in skilled nursing facilities throughout the state. If you have background and experience working with adults in skilled nursing facilities, or with Geriatrics in LTAC settings, this role may be a perfect fit.

Requirements:

Family or Geriatric or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut

2+ years clinical experience managing mental health care for adults

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or geriatric population mental health care

Experience prescribing
