*As a Staff Pharmacist you will:*
* Provide welcoming and valued customer service.
* Maintain professionalism and positive representation.
* Administer immunizations per state guidelines.
* Efficiently complete clinical services.
* Dispense medications in compliance with regulations.
* Compound medications accurately.
* Verify prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions.
* Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns.
* Support promotions and follow recall protocols.
* Stay informed on company promotions.
* Ensure quality assurance and controlled substance security.
* Prevent and report theft or unsafe conditions.
* Follow safety procedures and report accidents.
* Cover open shifts as needed.
* Communicate and collaborate with the team.
* Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment.

*Qualifications for this Staff Pharmacist role include:*
* Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
* Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to handle confidential information.
