Make a difference
The Supervisor, Substance Use Recovery assists the Manager & Operations Director in supervision, administrative management, facilitation, and monitoring of the day-to-day functions of the program. You will support and promote the program’s philosophy, vision, and mission.
Your exceptional qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field is preferred.
Five (5) years of master-level clinical service delivery and an understanding of evidenced-based substance use recovery programming are required.
Current Indiana Driver’s License is required.
Licensed by the Indiana Professional Board as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Knowledge of evidence-based substance use recovery model.
Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
Work effectively within a team environment.
Provide crisis supervision/support staff when requested.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Independently manage time and priorities.
