Job Description

> REF:#418afcb8cc5d1479 Advanced Home Health and Hospice is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN basis. Our OTs evaluate, plan, and provide physical services to clients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care and Agency policies and procedures.
