*Smoky Hill Health and Rehabilitation is seeking to add a LPN or RN Charge Nurse to our team!*

*$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

*LPN rates $28-$30*

*RN rates $32-$34*

**FLEX/SELF SCHEDULING OFFERED**
* *LPN – 6a-6p & 6p-6a shift available *
* *RN – 6a-6p & 6p-6a shift available *

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide hand on care to the resident based on the resident Plan of Care.
* Administer medications and provide treatment to the resident based on the physician orders.
* Must be able to identify changes in the resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs.
* Strong focus assessment skills as well as documentation skills.
* Must be able to evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care.
* Monitor the resident overall condition and provide care as required while maintaining compliance with the facility policy and procedures.

*Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:*
* RN or LPN in good standing

*Knowledge / Experience:*
* Prefer at least 1 year of experience

*Licensure / Certifications:*
* Current RN or LPN license in Kansas
