*Qualifications: *
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
* Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
* 3+ years of general dentist practice experience
* Experience as a solo provider preferred.
