*Job Description:*

As an RN at JourneyPure, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
* Administering medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders.
* Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
* Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
* Providing patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
* Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

*Qualifications:*

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of TN.
* BLS and ACLS certifications.
* Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment.
