Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

> REF:#2be1e5daf5bd9cd6 Full-time opportunity available for an experienced NP or PA to join well-established Primary Care practice in Cartersville, GA.

Minimum two year’s experience in a busy primary care setting is required. Ability to work with all age ranges but practice is predominantly age 15 yrs and above.

Must be licensed or license eligible in the State of GA.

Scope of Practice includes:
* Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, hospital follow-ups, sick visits, Medicare wellness exams, women’s health, and sports physicals.
* Schedule is Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hour week with 36 patient facing hours
* No after hours call requirements
