Springhill Post Acute is looking for a Registered Nurses (RN) for a weekend position. Must be skilled at providing nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of our patients and their families. Will provide direct patient care within a skilled nursing facility, update and maintain patient records and implement orders for medications and treatments. Must hold a current RN License.
