*Job Description: *

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

*Responsibilities: *
* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to treatments
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident care
* Educate residents and their families on health-related issues and care practices
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
* Participate in continuous quality improvement activities

*Qualifications: *
* Valid and active RN license in the state of Colorado
* Current CPR certification
* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
* Strong clinical and assessment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
